Date & time conditions

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Three conditions put fees on the calendar: day of week, date range, and time of day. All are evaluated in your store's timezone, so a weekend fee starts on your Saturday, not the server's, and appear or disappear from carts automatically as the clock moves.

Day of week

Rules: is one of, is not one of (pick the days).

The fee is active on the selected days. Is one of Saturday, Sunday makes a weekend dispatch fee; is not one of inverts it, active every day except the ones picked. Days follow your store's timezone.

Date range

Rules: is between, is not between (both dates inclusive).

The fee is active from the From date through the To date. Two patterns:

  • Seasonal windows: October 1 to April 30 puts a heat pack fee on live-plant orders exactly for the cold months; December 15 to 24 adds a peak season surcharge.
  • Off-season with is not between: a fee that pauses during your summer break and returns by itself.

Time of day

Rules: is at or after, is at or before (24-hour HH:MM).

Is at or after 14:00 means the fee runs from 14:00 to midnight, the shape of a same-day cutoff fee: order after two and same-day dispatch costs extra. Is at or before covers the morning side.

Combining all three. Conditions stack: day of week Saturday AND time of day at or after 12:00 AND date range over your busy season builds a very specific rush fee, and each part switches itself on and off.
