This website

This website is a static site. It uses Google Analytics (Google tag / gtag.js) to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive here; Google Analytics may set cookies and collect standard analytics data (like your approximate location and device type) for this purpose. We do not otherwise track you, and we do not sell your data. If you email us, we use your address only to reply. You can opt out of Google Analytics using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

The FlexiFees app

The FlexiFees Shopify app processes store and order data only to apply the fee rules you configure. In short:

• What we process. Your fee rules, product details needed to evaluate conditions (tags, types, weight, cost), cart contents while a fee is being calculated, and the customer attributes your conditions use (such as country, state, or customer tags).
• Why. Solely to decide whether a fee applies and to add it to the order. We do not sell data, profile customers, or use data for advertising.
• Where. Data is processed through Shopify's APIs under your store's existing agreements with Shopify.
• Retention. Fee rules are kept while the app is installed. On uninstall, Shopify sends us data removal requests and we honor them, including GDPR customer data requests and erasure.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data. Merchants can simply uninstall the app; customers should contact the store they bought from, and the store's requests reach us through Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks.
